Command course: 2-day training course
This training course focuses entirely on the pilot’s future leadership role, based on the airline company’s definition of the role of the leader. The difference between authority and leadership is explained. Teamwork and leadership are discussed on the basis of cases, videos and discussions. Daily practice is the starting point for this course. Topics: Safety and a safety culture, leadership, leaders/followers, communication and decision-making.
