Initial CRM: 2-day training course for pilots
This training program is a foundation course for the rest of the Human Factor training program. It sketches a theoretical framework, enabling pilots to better recognize aspects that occur during their job. Debates are encouraged and cases and videos comprise the practical material. The pilot’s own responsibility with respect to safety and creating a safety culture forms the basis for the training course. Topics: Decision-making, behavioral styles, stress and fatigue, communication and leadership, conflict management and multicultural teams.
